On-site Volunteers Sign-up
We have the following opportunities for on-site volunteers. Volunteers will receive a $25 discount off the current ticket rate (early bird, regular, or late). Discount code will be emailed to you after you sign up.
Job duties:
- Set up - put out signage, direct sponsors to their tables, miscellaneous tasks to prepare the space
- Registration/info table - check in attendees, provide directions and answer questions to the best of your ability
- Speaker hospitality/support - help speakers with any A/V or tech issues at the start of their session; take a headcount of attendees in each session room after talks begin
- Photography/social media coordinator - take photos, share updates with media partners, make social posts during the event
- Clean up - collect our materials, tidy up the space, carry items to cars as needed
