Refreshments will be served (snacks like fruit, roasted veggies, antipasti, meatballs, vegetable gyoza, empanadas). One free drink ticket per attendee.

Registered conference and training attendees may bring up to two guests to the party, as long as they are pre-registered. If you're traveling with a family member or partner, or have colleagues in the area, invite them to join the fun! Register a guest
Entrance and Parking Information
Evening Entrance: After 5pm all off-campus guests entering the HUB will be required to enter the building using the main entrance. All other doors will be locked for entering but may be used for exiting.
Parking: The closest visitor parking lot is Padelford Parking Garage. Parking is free on Saturdays after Noon. If you arrive earlier, the lower levels of Padelford have kiosks that take credit cards or you can use the Pay by Phone app. After parking in Padelford, walk up the series of stairs/escalators to the street (Stevens Way). Turn left when you arrive at the street and then walk a short distance to the HUB.
Disabled Permit? There is a parking lot just north of the HUB called N22 for disabled parking (and drop-offs). You MUST stop at a Gatehouse at the entrances to the UW to purchase a handicapped permit if you wish to park in N22.
