Pacific Northwest Drupal Summit 2020 is Postponed

COVID-19 Update

Out of an abundance of caution for the safety of attendees and following the recommendations of the King County Department of Public Health, the Pacific Northwest Drupal Summit that was previously scheduled for March 28-29, 2020 has been postponed.

The organizing team has been monitoring the current outbreak of the coronavirus (COVID-19) in the Seattle region and has come to the conclusion that it is not in the best interest of our attendees to continue with the event as planned this month. It was not an easy decision to make, however we feel it is the right one given the facts and guidance given by local authorities.

We are currently working with our host venue to find appropriate dates for the Summit later this year, and in the upcoming weeks we will be able to announce the newly scheduled dates. Until then, we will be as forthcoming with information as possible for any speakers, sponsors, and attendees.

Additionally, we are working with Open Collective, who we used to process ticket purchases, to find the best way to process any ticket refunds. Anyone who has purchased a ticket to the event will be contacted as soon as we have the process finalized and will also have the option to either request a refund or apply their ticket to the rescheduled Summit.

It is the hope of the organizing team that everyone knows this decision was made with tremendous thought and planning, and we are committed to having a Summit later this year. If there are any additional questions or concerns, please contact info@pnwdrupalsummit.org and we will do our best to provide answers.

Thank you for understanding and we look forward to seeing you later this year at the Pacific Northwest Drupal Summit 2020 in Seattle!
